Nintendo
Revolution was officially named:
Nintendo has finally decided upon
a name for its new console, Wii. This is pronounced
as “We”, and with this name, Nintendo is attempting
to market the product for everybody, and not
only for children and hard-core gamers. Up until
recently, the new console was code-named Revolution.
Details about the planned release date and pricing
were not revealed, nor any additional details
about the console itself. One aspect of the
console that was revealed is concerning the
game controller; it resembles a remote control.
Moving the game controller will allow users
to play games.
More details about the console
will be forthcoming at the Electronics Entertainment
Expo, which will be held next month.
